Tod is CEO and co-founder of Maigent, where he builds local and private AI systems that amplify expert decision-making while keeping costs down and sensitive data secure. A serial founder and investor who has guided hundreds of entrepreneurs through the MIT Climate & Energy Ventures course and Prize, he’s empowering business owners and entrepreneurs to own and control their AI.

Daniela is COO & Co-Founder of Maigent and an MIT Sloan MBA, with prior investment experience at the World Bank, IFC, and IDB Invest, and direct experience building AI agent systems for decision-making and knowledge retrieval.

Dave is CTPO and Co-Founder at Maigent. He redesigned the Bloomberg terminal and previously co-founded TandemSeven (2001–2020), a premier UX consultancy; he holds a UX systems patent and specializes in simplifying complex enterprise workflows.

Gabe is Co-Founder and Head of AI at Maigent with 25+ years of ML experience across aerospace and defense (Ball Aerospace, Boeing, II-VI Aerospace) and is the founder of NavGenAI and GrokML.
